Susannah grew up in an unconventional household. Her father was a vicar who made shoes for the family as a hobby.

She began her career in shoe shops, then studied Footwear Design at university.

Susannah spent many years working for footwear brands and retailers. During that time she acquired a diverse skillset from design, merchandising and buying to sales and retail.

Susannah set up her consultancy business in 2015, based near London. She helps start-ups from concept to launch and beyond.
